Planning & Cost Analyst - (220001MO)
Roles & Responsibilities:
This is an important role in optimising profitability of Group Lifestyle Finance business through minimising revenue lost, maximising cost savings and cost avoidance. This involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve improvement in financial performance.
The responsibilities include value added analysis to flag out opportunities and risks through understanding key indicators and trends that drive the business, pricing and guidelines with monthly reviews of performance. This requires persistent follow ups on items identified with various stakeholders as well as ensuring the realised opportunities and elimination / minimisation of the risks is reflected in the Financials.

This role also requires:

  • Support the development of business case with valuable insights
  • Perform impact analysis on profitability of pricing revisions with competitor comparisons
  • Support business projects and other ad hoc assignments as required.
  • Participate in the preparation of key financial presentations to senior management
  • Practise effective financial and regulatory controls, ensure compliance with internal financial and group accounting policies / procedures to support sustainable business growth.

Head, Portfolio & Lending Management, Group Lifestyle Financing
Qualifications
Requirements:
Self-driven, adaptable and independent.
Experience in business analysis capacity with strong analytical & problem solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Able to collaborate, influence and manage internal and external stakeholders.

Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
