We are looking for an enthusiastic and inquisitive Platform Engineer, who can think creatively to solve problems and meet technical requirements. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure along with the CI/CD Pipelines. You must have a keen interest in cloud engineering and be ready to research and learn new tools, technologies and patterns as required.
The Platform Engineer is responsible for fulfilling their objectives, actively seeking to improve their technical and other knowledge skills focusing on CI/CD and Cloud engineering. The Platform Engineer learns to embody the core cultural values at the heart of Admiral’s success.
The Platform Engineer will take a collaborative approach consisting of agile practices, processes, and procedures designed to facilitate rapid IT service and product delivery. Platform Engineering emphasises people (and culture) and seeks to reduce cognitive load, improve standardisation, and automation by providing a curated set of self-service tools, capabilities, and processes.
