Job Description
We are currently looking for The Platform Launch Specialist – Predictive Analytics Solution is responsible for the proper installation, utilization, and interpretation of the OPTIX platform.
This is a full-time, home-based role located in EMEA region.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Owns the customer life-cycle including; product awareness, onboarding, implementation, use/value delivery and expansion of OPTIX
  • Identifies and gathers VOC “Voice of Customer” regarding product utilization to support multi-generational product plans (MGPPs) and potential new innovation ideas
  • Manages and communicates onboarding schedule. Works with local team, customer, and 3rd party vendor to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Delivers internal and external product capability presentations and training. Provides input to ensure training materials are relevant and reflect lessons learned
  • Works with commercial team to Identify, communicate, and document the ROI from each OPTIX project.

The Individual

  • Bachelor’s Degree in chemical engineering, science, and engineering, applied sciences or engineering with relevant experience.
  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience (project/product management, digital, technology)
  • Experience working on a creative team, agile experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working in a global, matrixed corporate environment
  • Familiarity with principles of machine learning & artificial intelligence
  • Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies and principles
  • Knowledge of the Pulp and Paper Process and areas that impact plant profitability
  • Understanding of plant data historians (Major players, data formats, extracting data)
  • Basic understanding of data analytics/statistics; Ability to educate individuals on key principles
