Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Plumbing biased Building Services Engineer to join our team working on key contracts around the Midlands covering from Birmingham to Manchester.
You will be required to carry out general maintenance and statutory compliance checks and will be C&G qualified in a Mechanical or Plumbing discipline, ideally with experience working in a similar environment.
The role will require client engagement and a willingness to provide the best possible solutions to meet the client’s needs.
Experience of working with a CAFM system is desirable as all work is managed via a CAFM based solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Completion of PPM to all Mechanical / Plumbing elements of the building.
  • Completion of reactive tasks as required / directed
  • Completion of ad-hoc building services works
  • Completion of quoted works both inside and outside of normal working hours
  • Occasional report writing
  • Comply with company Health Safety & Environmental procedures.
  • Be an ambassador for OCS, maintain their core values
  • Carry out any further reasonable requests made by management
