JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead our Project Management Office (PMO) and drive the successful execution of projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects align with business objectives while optimizing resource allocation and enhancing project delivery processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a PMO Manager or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities
