Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated Post 16 Coordinator to play a pivotal role in ensuring child-centered support for referred children and young people. As a key liaison between Dare2Dream and external professionals, including SEND teams, social care, and health services, you will coordinate services, monitor progress, and oversee transitions to ensure compliance with legal and organisational frameworks. This role champions Dare2Dream’s values by promoting our services and supporting our mission to enhance life opportunities through tailored social and emotional support.
