Description:
The National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) conducts and supports a global program of research into the causes, treatment, and prevention of autoimmune, musculoskeletal, and skin diseases. The Functional Immunogenomics Section of the NIAMS Intramural Research Program, located at the main NIH campus in Bethesda, Maryland, is seeking candidates for a postdoctoral fellowship position.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ph.D. or M.D. degree
- Experience with standard cell and molecular biology techniques. Specific experience in immunology and/or genomics would be preferred, but is not required
- Interest in quantitative and computational approaches to human biology
- Ability and willingness to work in an interdisciplinary and collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills
