Power BI Developer Description We are looking for a skilled and detail‑oriented Power BI Developer to join our Data & Analytics team in Noida. If you are passionate about transforming raw data into meaningful insights, building interactive dashboards, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making, this role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your BI career. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What We Expect from You * Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, KPIs, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI. * Transform raw data into meaningful insights by analysing trends, patterns, and business metrics. * Build and maintain data models using DAX, Power Query (M language), and established modeling practices. * Optimize report performance, including improving load times and refining DAX calculations. * Connect Power BI to diverse data sources such as SQL databases, Excel, and cloud platforms. * Develop ETL processes within Power Query and support basic data transformation requirements. * Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and deliver user-friendly visualizations. * Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. * Document processes, data flows, and dashboard specifications for internal knowledge sharing. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What You Should Bring * 3–5 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data visualization. * Strong experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. * Proficiency in DAX, Power Query/M, and data modeling concepts (Star Schema, Fact & Dimension tables). * Solid SQL skills for querying and transforming data. * Understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing basics, and business KPIs. * Experience working with Microsoft Excel for data preparation and analysis. * Familiarity with Azure Data Services (preferred). * Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work with large datasets and ensure clean, accurate visual outputs. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (mandatory). * Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (preferred).
