• Full UK driving licence required and able to commute to the Crawley site.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a trusted agency , MSL Global manages the Press Media Fleet Loan service from the Media Experience Centre in Crawley for Toyota GB and Lexus UK.
We’re looking for a highly organised Press Fleet Manager to oversee media bookings, coordinate vehicle loans, and manage logistics, ensuring not only a seamless operation of our client’s fleet services, but also a professional journey and experience for all their media and press.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage press fleet bookings, ensuring seamless allocation and coordination of vehicles for journalists, influencers, and media professionals.
• Oversee vehicle preparation and handover, ensuring each car is delivered in pristine condition and ready for media use.
• Handle logistics, including working with suppliers to schedule deliveries and collections across the UK.
• Provide excellent customer service, acting as the key point of contact for media enquiries related to fleet loans.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on vehicle usage, availability, and servicing.
