Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Pricing Manager working within the Pricing and Promotions Centre of Excellence, you will adopt an analytical approach to drive enhanced profit performance for the BCF brand. You will develop robust data driven insights and a customer centric approach to pricing using a variety of data sources and research to support the business in making informed pricing, promotions, and clearance decisions. You will have the ability to extract and manipulate data using SQL and/or Python and present your insights using visualisation tools such as PowerBI. The ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders will form a critical part of this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Setting pricing and promotional strategies in collaboration with peers in the BCF merchandise teams.
- Maintain and monitor key pricing measures such as the Price Index, price perception (NPS), and historical performance, in conjunction with market awareness to formulate an annual strategic plan.
- Create and maintain pricing reports and dashboards to enhance transparency and enable data driven pricing decisions.
- Drive strategic pricing outcomes to achieve growth and profit objectives.
- Conduct ongoing consultation and feedback cycles to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and the delivery of business benefits.
- Act as a mentor and guide to Pricing Analysts in the team.
