We’re looking for a Principal Asset Management Engineer to join our Melbourne team and lead the Asset Engineering group within the Worley Power Services business.

As a Principal Asset Management Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic management and optimisation of assets across their lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability, efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness of our asset portfolio while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Principal Asset Management Engineer to join our Melbourne team.

The role responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance the performance of power generation assets.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers fostering a culture of excellence to achieve successful business outcomes.
  • Establish and update asset management plans, policies and guidelines.
  • Analyse and interpret asset performance data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement and manage maintenance programs.
  • Develop and maintain life-cycle cost models to facilitate strategic asset management decisions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive alignment.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with asset management.
