JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with a focus on ERP SAP to join our team as a Principal Consultant. The ideal candidate will have 9 to 13 years of experience in S/4 HANA Finance SAP ECC - Finance & Controlling and SAP Finance Master Data. This role requires expertise in applying cash to invoices PO management and purchase request processing. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our financial systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Finance solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the integration of SAP ECC - Finance & Controlling modules with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP Finance Master Data management to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their financial processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement best practices for applying cash to invoices ensuring timely and accurate cash application.
• Manage purchase order (PO) processes including creation approval and tracking of POs.
• Streamline purchase request processing to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP financial modules and processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP financial processes and configurations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems with other business processes.
• Identify and resolve system issues and provide ongoing support to ensure system stability.
• Participate in project planning and management ensuring timely delivery of SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Finance and its integration with other SAP modules.
• Demonstrate expertise in SAP ECC - Finance & Controlling and its application in financial processes.
• Have extensive experience in managing SAP Finance Master Data to ensure data integrity.
• Show proficiency in applying cash to invoices and managing purchase orders.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues.
• Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
