REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Typescript.
• Interest or experience in LLM specialised/AI specialism with experience in recent tech stacks around AI a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.

• Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, including large language models, using both closed and open-source models to address real-world problems.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends that drive decision-making. Manage the data flow and infrastructure to support effective AI deployment.
• Model Training: Develop methodologies and UI/UX to train and optimize these advanced models to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers and project leads, to deliver sophisticated AI solutions.
• Research: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and apply them to ongoing projects.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation to ensure reproducibility and scalability.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure results meet the required standards and performance metrics.
