We are seeking a talented Principal Product Manager to support the Head of Product and the product delivery team in the successful planning, development, and delivery of digital products. Ensuring our products meet user needs, are high-quality and responsive as well as engaging personalised customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
As Principal Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, gather and document requirements, ideate and assist in prioritising features, and contribute to the overall product strategy.
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.
- Advanced Requirements Gathering: Lead efforts to capture complex and nuanced requirements from senior stakeholders, including C-level, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise analytics, customer data, and industry benchmarks to inform product decisions, ensuring the product’s market fit and competitive advantage.
- Innovative Product Development: Champion innovation within the product team, encouraging the exploration of new technologies, methodologies, and processes to enhance product offerings.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the product development process and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring product delivery stays on track.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact for product-related discussions with senior leadership, ensuring alignment and support for the product strategy. Factor in the commercial and technical requirements of stakeholders in every activity, ensuring strategic alignment with MediaWorks’ KPIs.
- Financial Accountability: Work closely with finance teams to manage the product’s budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities and delivers ROI.
