JOB DESCRIPTION: PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER (PRO)

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) with over 5 years of proven expertise in a visa processing, government liaison and employee documentation. The PRO assists the company in managing all government-related processes, ensures compliance with UAE labour law and immigration laws, and provides support in Arabic communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing employment, visit, renewal and cancellation visas.
  • Manage Emirates ID, labour cards, medical tests, and health insurance procedures.
  • Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, and other UAE government authorities.
  • Prepare, submit and track all government-related documentation.
  • Translate and review documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate with HR and administration teams for employee-related government procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records pf all visa, labour and government-related transactions.
  • Assist with attestation, notarization and legalization of company and employee documentations.
  • Manage trade license renewals, tenancy contracts and other company obligations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a PRO in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labour law and immigration procedures.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • UAE Driving License - Mandatory.
