Are you passionate about Industrialization in a manufacturing environment? Do you feel to have the right qualities in process development and optimization? Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) is looking for a talented Process Engineer to make the difference in proposing initiatives and implement new modules and machinery equipment.
You support our team as

• Process conceptualization: works independently or in conjunction with a wide network of machinery suppliers to develop new engineering processes and provides support to the operational strategy;
• Technology guidance: Defines and inspects the right equipment along with machine suppliers to ensure that the technical requirements are met in accordance with the production and customer’s needs by using a variety of engineering methodologies;
• Requirements specification: Conducts feasibility studies to verify concepts and develops specifications;
• Data management: Defines the right KPIs to monitor in order to adjust the engineering process flow and optimize the production performances;
• Project management: Monitors performance against deadlines and milestones; initiating corrective action as needed to support on-time-delivery, expenditure, productivity, and that quality cost targets are met
