- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in process applications within the F&B segment.
· Strong expertise regarding process membranes, Electroseparation and UF hollow fiber products
- Domain knowledge in the dairy industry.
- BS Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical or Environmental).
· Excellent English language skills regarding oral and written communication.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Key sales role to execute our growth targets in the process segment for the Food & Beverage Industry, including Dairy. The ideal candidate will have a deep domain knowledge and expertise in the various state of the art process applications occurring in the F&B sector.
Candidate is expected to build strong relationships with industry thought leaders to identify new potential process applications where our product portfolio could add value. Success will be measured against year over year growth within the F&B segment and the Process Growth Sales Leader will also serve as a coach and contact person for other members of the Products sales team within the wider European region.
Candidate will be part of the newly created Process Growth Center of Excellence and work closely with a diverse functional team including but not limited to Process, Product and Commercial Engineering.
Expectations are to ensure that operating plan targets are met or exceeded in a safe and compliant manner. The role reports into the Process Sales Director Europe.
- Identify process applications in the F&B segment where our product portfolio could support the value proposition.
- Develop and oversee growth strategies for different markets and customer segments.
- Build strong relationships with industry thought leaders to identify future process application opportunities.
- Being very close to end users, not only on the C-level but keeping a finger on the pulse with plant operators, R&D, site managers etc.
- Combine multiple SUEZ WTS products and services to creatively solve customer process challenges.
- Responsibility for meeting growth plan targets for the region.
- Seamless teamwork within the Process Growth Center of Excellence.
- Maintain focus on compliance in all business dealings; internally and externally.
- Participate in the operating rhythms necessary to support operations and growth within the region.
