As Procurement Analyst Operations, you will support the success of our global procurement and data optimization strategy. On the day to day, you will support decision making by conducting trends and gap analysis to identify opportunities to drive structural productivity. In addition, you will act as an intermediate to ensure the team is aligned with the global reporting guidelines. You will play a key role in our efforts to continue to innovate for a better future and exceed customer expectations.

Tasks

  • Develop and prepare monthly updates on productivity, working capital savings, and operational metrics creating dynamic dashboards.
  • Leverage the global reporting tools to create local reports to support category teams, mainly using Microsoft Power BI.
  • On going gap analysis on both inventoried and non-inventoried purchase.
  • Establish a reporting criteria for tail spend management.
  • Support system (ERP) taxonomy identification and data scrubbing to improve the quality of the data.
  • Work with the Procurement Operations Team on reporting for compliance adherence.
  • Collect global weekly supply risk updates and report them concisely and accurately.
  • Support or lead special projects aimed towards achieving maximum optimization.
  • Provide strategic insights to the leadership team focusing on the improvement of the procurement processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, business administration or finance or an equivalent mix of experience and education.
  • At least 2 years in a similar role where data mining, relational database, and business intelligence experience.
  • Strong Power BI skills are a must.
  • Strong detail orientation, as well as analytical and time management skills are key to success.
  • English high level communication skills are a must.
