We are looking for a proactive Category Manager – IT to develop and implement effective procurement strategies that align with our business objectives.
As Category Manager – IT, you will be responsible for the strategic management of IT procurement, focusing on creating and maintaining a sustainable and value-driven supply chain. This role involves extensive project management, from spend analysis and tender creation to contract implementation and supplier relationship management. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver effective supply chain solutions and ensure compliance with our procurement policy.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Procurement Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy that includes policy formulation, process improvement, and system enhancements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted partner across the business, providing strategic insights and ensuring stakeholder alignment on procurement objectives.
- Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, leading cross-functional teams to deliver on key procurement projects.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Oversee supplier performance, ensuring compliance and fostering innovation and ethical sourcing within the supply chain.
