ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager - Digital Enablement to lead and coordinate the digital enablement of the end-to-end Category Management and Supplier Relationship Management process. This role will involve managing various digital initiatives, including data and systems architecture, supplier and material master data systems interoperability, and enterprise-wide supplier scorecarding metrics to support procurement processes.
The ideal candidate will partner with the Procurement Manager - Process Innovation to design, implement, enrich, and govern various procurement processes, tools, and training materials. This role requires a strategic problem solver with a strong background in digital automation, data analytics, procurement/source-to-pay systems, and technology innovation. Category Management, Supplier Relationship Management, and Source-to-Pay background is highly desirable. This role will report to the Associate Director of S2C and Digital Technology.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Lead the digital enablement, design, continuous improvement, and support of the end-to-end Category Management and Supplier Relationship Management processes in collaboration with the Procurement Manager - Process Innovation.
• Support the development and execution of the digital technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Support digital technology pilots including evaluation and project management.
• Coordinate the enablement of Global Procurement associates by delivering digital capabilities and training on self-service competencies around supplier and material master data.
• Provide training and development to deliver use cases to GP and S2P.
• Handle enterprise-wide supplier score-carding metrics to support procurement processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and support data governance committees for product/material and supplier master data.
• Support ideation, architecture design, and implementation of GenAI into tech solutions.
• Lead Supplier Experience program to make BD a customer of choice, including support portal initiatives, data management, and supplier master program development.
• Govern procurement information processes, including Category Taxonomy and other ad hoc areas as needed.
