PRODUCE CLERK

We’re looking for a dynamic Grocery and Produce Clerk who embodies awesomeness and knows how to lead by example. You bring a strong background in grocery handling, retail sales, leadership and a passion for natural wellness to the team.
Our dynamic and talented Team Leaders leverage their leadership skills, retail sales background and passion for natural wellness to support their Store Management Team in leading the store sales team to exceed sales goals, create awesome Community Member experiences and represent the Healthy Planet Stores with pride.

• Maintain attractive Grocery displays and support the regional Grocery vision
• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members
• Follows and complies with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adheres to safe work practices
• Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
• Merchandise grocery department and ensure that inventory levels are up to par
• Assist management with ordering and inventory control
• Encourage sales in a manner which ensures quality and effective customer service
• Working with your team and managers, plan and execute strategies to achieve sales goals
• Prepare sales reports and summaries
• Participate in training and development
• Maintain inventory of products in the health and beauty department
• Follow merchandising schematics and enhance with a flair for detail and impact
