LexSelect is a legal technology company founded by two experienced legal tech entrepreneurs and a seasoned litigator. Our mission is to make life easier for legal professionals and enable greater access to legal services for all. Our AI-powered platform automatically searches, contextualizes and extracts texts from unstructured documents and seamlessly integrates into the daily workflows of legal professionals. Having successfully launched our beta, we are now transitioning to commercial release and seeking our first team member focused on sales and marketing efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team. This person will have a combination of skills, with a primary focus on UX research and design, while also taking on essential visual responsibilities. Your role will be crucial in understanding user needs, creating intuitive designs, and ensuring our platform provides an outstanding user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Taking new features from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to production and beyond.
- Planning and conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Creating and presenting storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
- Identifying key metrics to guide and evaluate design improvements.
- Writing user stories and helping prioritize the product backlog based on user needs.
- Recommending and implementing UX best practices to enhance user experience.
- Facilitating design sessions to drive collaborative ideation and user-centered design.
- Developing our brand guideline and UI library for a consistent visual identity.
- Designing icons, graphics, and interfaces for web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
