In this position, you will play a critical role in managing the SIXT communication channels in all steps of the car rental journey. YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Experience You bring several years of product management experience, you are adept in agile methodologies, cross-functional teamwork, and stakeholder management, with a focus on customer-facing digital products
  • Tools You have first experience with communication platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SendGrid, Mandrill, Mailchimp, Mitto, Twilio, Firebase, and similar tools
  • Style of work You are self-organized and not afraid of technical projects. You recognize the importance of clear documentation and guidelines, ensuring that other teams can effectively leverage the features developed by you and your team
  • Hands-on You have a passion for “making it happen” and possess a hands-on mentality for flawless execution.
  • Language skills You are fluent in English, with proficiency in German as an additional asset
Responsibilities
  • You execute a customer-centric product roadmap and backlog, ensuring clear and premium communication via email, push notification, and SMS channels
  • You collaborate with engineering, legal, and business teams to plan, define requirements, develop, launch, and assess the impact of technical enhancements and new customer-facing features
  • You identify internal needs and establish guidelines to scale communication technology as a platform, enabling other SIXT teams to leverage and benefit from the features you develop
  • You utilize data analytics, user feedback, and market research to guide product decisions, evaluate the impact of new features, and uncover growth opportunities
  • You communicate product plans, benefits, key performance metrics, and results to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization
