OUR PURPOSE

We want to make it easy for companies to bring finance to their customers at the point of greatest relevance. So, we built a bank.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING HERE?

As a Product Manager at Griffin, you will…

  • Lead a new Payments product to deliver a new capability such as Cross-border payments or Cards for Griffin
  • Contribute to the vision and product strategy for the company. As the lead PM for your domain, you will help us find the product market fit for your product
  • Be the balance between market demands and deliverability - core to the role is to be the bridge between customer needs (i.e. requirements) and engineering scope (i.e. specifications)
  • Evangelise our product culture. Make sure we adopt product management best practice and maintain a strong focus on customer needs.
  • Work with your product domain team & other functions to design, build and monetise your product in alignment with the company goals.
