WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING HERE?
As a Product Manager at Griffin, you will…
- Lead a new Payments product to deliver a new capability such as Cross-border payments or Cards for Griffin
- Contribute to the vision and product strategy for the company. As the lead PM for your domain, you will help us find the product market fit for your product
- Be the balance between market demands and deliverability - core to the role is to be the bridge between customer needs (i.e. requirements) and engineering scope (i.e. specifications)
- Evangelise our product culture. Make sure we adopt product management best practice and maintain a strong focus on customer needs.
- Work with your product domain team & other functions to design, build and monetise your product in alignment with the company goals.
- Run the product rituals such as standups, business case creation, prioritisation, etc. with your virtual team and other stakeholders across the firm
- Advance our risk culture through closely working with 2nd line risk & compliance stakeholders
