Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the voice core products and services including but not limited to FCM, BC and IPX Voice;
  • Responsible for the CPaaS Voice products and services;
  • Lead the implementation of product features and capabilities, cross-departmental processes across the organization, following best practice in project/programme management in order to produce expected deliverables on time and within allocated budget;
  • Responsible for the product (feature) scope definition, implementation and roadmap follow-up during the full product cycle for new and existing products;
  • Responsible for the tools as business system owner used in the voice domain;
  • Responsible for the operational management of the voice AA /ML products
  • Identify new business opportunities;
  • Define Go To Market strategy for the new products and develop product documentation and marketing collateral (product presentations, manuals and sales training content) for the new and existing products;
  • Implement product planning, manage forecast and operational plan for the products managed;
  • Gather Market insight related to Customer segment, Competitive products, and Industry trends to define product positioning;
  • Assists Sales with RFx’s and presales activities;
  • Responsible for defining and coordinating the commercial relationships with business partners
