Responsibilities

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Product Marketing Intern, you will support the North Europe Transitions, Eyezen and Blue Light Product Manager to execute product strategy and implement marketing activities. You will also work on other brands, based on project priorities.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

The successful candidate will have the following accountability in the role:

Examples of areas in which you will assist include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting with the launch of new product including:
  • Production of marketing materials,
  • Design and distribution of sales aids
  • Training
  • Managing the development, transcreation and delivery of print and digital material through FIDO
  • Assisting with the administration of trainings, trade and promotional events
  • Proof reading and checking product communications and material adhering to the brand guidelines;
  • Ensuring marketing product materials are up-to-date and reprinting as & when
  • Managing the content uploads and creation of campaign assets to SharePoint for the commercial team
  • Checking, amending and sharing product presentations
  • Supporting with the production of various reports (incentive monitoring, etc…)
  • Producing internal and external communication
  • Assisting with ad-hoc administration duties for the marketing department as and when required
  • Keeping up-to-date the Transitions activity tracker
  • Working closely with NE Trade marketing and digital teams
