ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team and lead the marketing efforts focused on one of our applications. In this role, you will both be working on bringing new applications and experiences to the market and have a key role in building new areas of business. In order to do this, we are looking for people who have a relentless drive to find the best product-market-fit and ability to lead the growth. In this role, you will be responsible for the intersection of performance marketing, growth strategies, and product management to achieve this.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2C tech or software industry.
  • Proven experience in launching new products ensuring ambitious growth from day 1, establishing operations from scratch
  • Proven track record of driving product-market fit and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Experience with performance marketing and growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with web browsers, mobile apps, and digital platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Product-Market Fit:
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and refine value propositions, messaging, and positioning for new products.
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure alignment with market needs and user feedback.
  • Performance Marketing Coordination:
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to design and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Ensure marketing activities are aligned with broader product goals and timelines.
  • Growth Strategy Development:
  • Identify and implement growth opportunities, including partnerships, new channels, and innovative marketing techniques.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
  • Product Management Collaboration:
  • Serve as the bridge between marketing and product management, ensuring clear communication and shared goals.
