Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and highly organised individual to join our Product Merchandising team as a Product Operations Lead. Your role will be the vital link between the IT, Buying, Planning, Design, Customer Experience and Marketing teams by continuously delivering accurate and up-to-date ‘product information’ in all systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the process of inputting of all correct data in the system from beginning to end, facilitating the information needed from all cross functional teams
- Create and maintain processes to be followed by all cross functional teams to ensure seamless transition of data as needed
- Act as a central point of contact for gathering information from and for the IT, Buying, Planning, Design, Customer Experience and Marketing teams, ensuring all product data is accurate and seamlessly integrating between systems
- Ownership of product information including descriptions, colour and finish details, imagery and creating unique codes as needed
- Coordinate with IT (utilising Storis) to upload and manage product data and utilise software tools such as Salsify and Excel to manage and manipulate product data effectively
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes by connecting with relevant teams
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive material library and manage Made-to-Order (MTO) fabrics
- Prioritise SKU creation and setup daily to maintain data integrity
- Conduct quality assurance checks on product data to uphold data integrity standards
- Create and maintain product documentation to ensure clarity and consistency
