OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven mechanical knowledge, with an understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively in a production or assembly environment.
  • Previous warehouse experience is advantageous, particularly in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform assembly tasks using both hand tools and power tools with precision.

  • Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions promptly.
  • Document production data accurately for reporting purposes.
