We’re hiring Food Production Assistant (Night-shifts) to help craft our award-winning organic products – trusted and loved by customers across the UK.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role also includes transportation to the site from Banbury and Witney. Holiday starting at 28 days per year, +1 additional day per year of service after 2 years.
SALARY: £34,187.40 per annum
Weekly pay planned from October 2025

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Prepare and handle fresh, organic ingredients straight from our farm
• Follow recipes and procedures with care and precision
• Keep our kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised
• Support with stock rotation, labelling, packaging, and order prep for Retail, Catering, and Wholesale.
