HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Oversee mechanical activities related to the assembly, packaging, and testing of gas turbines and compressors for power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical, and related industries
• Collaborate within a cross-functional matrix organization to consistently achieve high-quality standards, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead and support a Siemens Energy package assembly team, including Siemens Energy employees and numerous third-party contract technicians.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, excellence, and inclusiveness.
• Perform mechanical assembly of packaged systems, including large electric motors, turbo compressors, gearboxes, lube oil systems, seal gas panels, process pipework, instrumentation tubes & fittings, junction boxes, cable trays, and similar components onto baseplates for packaged systems, often exceeding 200,000 kg.
• Interpret and apply assembly drawings, P&IDs, line diagrams, inspection test plans, and other technical documents for packaged systems.
• Support the generation of assembly quality records for ongoing projects.
• Prepare equipment, consumables, and tools for daily package assembly needs.
• Assist in the maintenance of packaging and production equipment.
• Establish and refine working practices for packaging operations.
• Engage in discussions with production and quality management to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
