Job Description
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the operational management of the production departments – about 43 colleagues full continuous.
You drive for outstanding results in Product Quality, including Safety, Environmental compliance, and Employee Engagement:
- Responsibility for the optimization of operational and technical functions in terms of quality parameters, delivery capability, GMP requirements, costs, Safety, output and productivity
- Supervises and steers production scheduling to accomplish the S&OP planning
- Collaborates closely and effectively with the Plant Director to optimize plant results
- Efficient use of personnel and machine capacities as well as long-term and strategic development of the site
- Develops a high performance, engaged team through education, training, coaching, and teamwork
- Drives and support the development of a safe working environment and environmental activities through committees, audits, procedures, and training
- Fosters a culture and mindset of customer centricity, continuous improvement, empowerment, entrepreneurial and teamwork
- Highlight opportunities for quality and cost savings
- Participation in (international) projects
- Compliance with and monitoring of safety, quality and hygiene regulations (ISO, GMP, Food Defense, Food Fraud, Change- Management)
