• Lead, motivate, and support the production team to meet daily and long-term goals
• Oversee build schedules, manage throughput, and coordinate workloads

• Act as the link between production, operations, engineering, and supply chain
• Drive on-site inventory logistics, including goods receipt and cycle counting
