Key competencies You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:

• Ensure the use of appropriate program and project management techniques, methodologies and tools, including change control, risk and issue management, to ensure quality project outcomes are delivered.- Undertake research and analysis in relation to complex and sensitive issues and risks related to various programs of work within Corporate Enterprise Solutions, particularly matters relating to compliance with legislation, policy and public sector governance standards.- Provide ethical, evidence-based, timely, expert and high-level advice, reports and recommendations to the Corporate Enterprise Solutions Senior Leadership Team and other stakeholders on a broad range of matters relating to improvement service strategy and governance.- Develop high-level accurate briefing notes, submissions, correspondence and presentations on complex matters relevant to Corporate Enterprise Solutions.- Undertake a broad range of governance and strategic improvement programs, activities and projects as required by the Executive Director, Corporate Enterprise Solutions.- Establish and maintain positive, effective and proactive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the continued exchange of information, and to promote and monitor contemporary service strategy and governance approaches, including compliance with legislation and policy, relating to services provided by Corporate Enterprise Solutions.- Represent the department at high-level forums on issues relating to corporate enterprise applications, including with other public sector agencies.
