WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

We have powerful products, features, and resources that work together to solve our customers’ most significant business problems. At Box, we help individuals and businesses revolutionize how they get work done by providing better and easier ways to share, manage, and collaborate on business information.
We are currently looking for a Program Manager to support the New Product Introduction (NPI) program within our GTM Operations organization. In this role, you will play a crucial part in aligning the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and priorities with the New Product Introduction (NPI) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) roadmaps. Your main responsibilities will include prioritizing CPQ enhancements to improve sales efficiency, collaborating with various teams for smooth NPI launches, and ensuring GTM compliance with SOX controls in the quote-to-cash process.
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in GTM strategy alignment and operations management. You should also possess a strong understanding of NPI methodologies and CPQ systems while being able to think strategically while focusing on deliverables. Candidates should bring a passion for how technology is changing the way we work and have some experience managing these kinds of programs. If you’re interested in this role, you should enjoy and have experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, building strong cross-functional relationships, synthesizing complex technical and operational considerations into tangible business requirements, and effectively communicating across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Align Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and priorities with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) roadmaps
  • Prioritize CPQ enhancements based on business needs, product complexity, and market requirements
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, compliance, and IT teams to ensure smooth NPI launches, CPQ deployments, and integration with enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and their integration with CPQ and other business systems
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls for transparency in quote-to-cash processes
  • Work closely with our internal compliance team and external auditors to provide accurate data in a timely manner
  • Streamline CPQ processes to boost sales efficiency, reduce errors, accelerate time-to-market, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Advocate for best practices in NPI and CPQ methodologies
