Description:

Forseven, a revolutionary company is looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, are seeking a Programme Analyst - Tools & Process to join our highly skilled and Programmes team.
The role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our offices in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.
Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager - Tools & Process, you will be responsible for defining, implementing and maintaining a toolset that enables cross functional teams to deliver breathtaking products at speed and quality. Working with under direction of the Senior Programme Manager to continual improve, evolve and optimise tools/processes as the business grows.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the tool & process roadmap to enable the business to develop new products and bring to market.
  • Support key cross functional creation forums to maintain a continuous improvement mindset
  • To provide the tools, processes and reports to enable effective decision making and mitigation of risks and issues.
  • Work closely with the Programme Management delivery team to effectively plan resource across the various programmes.
  • Support other functions in the business where a process best practice & mindset is required.
