To do this role well you will need:
- Good GCSE education including Maths and English
- Operational knowledge of Project Management frameworks, disciplines and practices
- Knowledge of people change management implications and techniques
- Understanding of project risk management, including methods and techniques for the assessment and management of risk
- Basic negotiation and influencing skills at department and team level, including experience with clients at all levels and suppliers
- Good organisational skills, which include time management, delegation, planning, goal setting and decision making
- Good problem-solving skills which enable the creations of solutions and strategies within projects
- Good communication skills

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
