To do this role well you will need:

  • Good GCSE education including Maths and English
  • Operational knowledge of Project Management frameworks, disciplines and practices
  • Knowledge of people change management implications and techniques
  • Understanding of project risk management, including methods and techniques for the assessment and management of risk
  • Basic negotiation and influencing skills at department and team level, including experience with clients at all levels and suppliers
  • Good organisational skills, which include time management, delegation, planning, goal setting and decision making
  • Good problem-solving skills which enable the creations of solutions and strategies within projects
  • Good communication skills

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
