As well as focusing on health and innovation, Britvic Ireland is working in partnership with Origin Green, the world’s only national food and drink sustainability programme.Britvic Ireland currently have a pipeline of projects and we are looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of these projects.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • To excel in this role, the project manager needs to have leadership, great communication, and decision-making.
  • Project Managements skills (including risk management, budgeting, and project planning)
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, possess the ability to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines set by Senior Stakeholders.
  • Experience in FMCG industry is essential.
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain, Marketing & Commercial.
  • Experience of working across functions.
  • Be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal / communication skills.
  • Ability to Manage, lead and Influence others.
  • Project Management Certification in Prince 2 and PMP Qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Project & MS Excel
  • Work on own initiative.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Project Manager’s overall responsibility is for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. You will play a crucial role in driving the delivery of Brand changes, Sku extensions, Innovation projects, Commercial Projects & Supply Chain projects , ensuring they align with the agreed timelines and uphold the robust Governance standards expected by Britvic Ireland.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and actively manage and lead the Britvic Business project plans from initiation through to closure.
  • Understand and identify dependencies between projects.
  • Play a key role in ensuring Stage Gate Governance compliance for the Portfolio.
  • To build and lead Project meetings ensuring the clarity of roles and responsibilities for successful project delivery is in place.
  • Manage Project cross functional team across business functions.
  • Manage Project Meetings, timelines, Manage and track completion of workbook actions.
  • Manage the project, ensuring project costs, quality and time scales are delivered on target.
  • To identify risks and issues to the project, and to develop and manage contingency plans to eliminate any risk to the business.
  • Update and Maintain Project Hub.
  • Plan & Facilitate monthly Governance Meeting.
  • AOB that arises.
