You will join our Dublin campus, a human-sized campus with a dynamic, multi-cultural team dedicated to educating tomorrow’s managers as responsible executives prepared to lead changes in a cross-cultural dynamic environment.
Job Summary: Programme Operations & Quality assistant is responsible for overseeing the planning, academic affairs, and office management activities to ensure the smooth operation of the campus. This role involves coordinating with professors, managing logistics, handling student affairs, and supporting quality management processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in academic administration and office management.
  • Strong organizational and logistical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (front office, e-mail, telephone…)
  • Computer literacy: good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Proficiency in French and English, spoken and written.
    Hours of work: 38 hours per week (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)
