Emtec Facility Services is on the lookout for a dynamic Project Administrator to join our team at our HQ in Uddingston.
In this role you will be a vital part of our dedicated team where you will be instrumental to the smooth day to day running of our projects. This is a varied role where you will be supporting the project management team to successfully deliver small works and larger scale projects.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Delivering high-quality administrative support to the Project Managers, Supervisors, and the broader project team.
  • Assisting in resource coordination and ensuring clients are informed of project progress.
  • Uploading necessary Operation and Maintenance manual information and mandatory project documents to the client portal in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintaining consistent communication with clients, sub-contractors, and engineers.
  • Aiding in the management of both internal and external key event schedules.
  • Updating project-specific health and safety information and facilitating the collection of data required for the Construction Phase.
  • Maintaining training records for both employees and Sub-Contractors.
