ABOUT THE ROLE

Employment Type: Full-Time, ongoing
Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual to join our People & Culture Team as a Project Consultant located at our Central Office in Burswood. As Project Consultant you will provide advice and support on various HR projects, recommend improvements, ensure the successful implementation of projects, and execute strategic plans that drive organisational effectiveness and identifying risks involved. The successful candidate will be a great communicator, be creative and innovative who uses these talented skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and implement strategic projects that align with our organizational goal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES AS MENTIONED BELOW:

  • To be the subject matter expert with Litmos E-Learning platform and Mirus Rostering System and future electronic systems implemented.
  • To work with external support team or developers, overseeing, reviewing, reporting and negotiate variations to the programs and services and ensure that company goals are met.
  • Provide detailed firsthand direction, training, support, guidance, and oversight to Administration Officers to ensure they have the knowledge, skills, and capabilities to manage and use the Mirus Rostering software and the E-Learning Platform to maximum efficiencies.
  • Assist Executive Management in calibrating inputs and interpreting outputs on Mirus Rostering System and compiling the overdue training records for all sites for accreditation and compliance purpose.
  • Responding to enquiries and working with the external support team in resolving problems concerning the Mirus Rostering System and Litmos E-learning platform and persons affected.
  • Establishing roster builds and continually reviewing rosters based on ANN-Acc Care Minutes to establish quantitative staffing model and resources needs to maintain Aegis regulatory requirements as well as ensuring Aegis resourcing and skill mix is of the required levels to meet our strategic objective of delivering the highest levels of Care to Residents and configuring the resources into the Mirus Rostering System.
  • Provide guidance and direction to Executive Management on issues relating to the Rostering system which will impact the rostering and reporting and to ensure that the goals and objectives of the organisation are met.
  • Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports of ongoing project to Executive Management and managing all requirements associated with these projects.
  • Manage the ongoing project of significantly reducing agency and overtime spend at high usage facilities. Delivering against the key performance indicators established by CEO and Executives.
  • Working directly with Executive Management to collect, analyse data associated with projects undertaken on reducing agency and overtime spend and reporting on project outcomes and key performance indicators.
  • Develop processes, flow charts and check lists for smooth flow of operations in all areas of the office management at Aegis’ 29 Facilities.
  • Research and develop a succession plan, model or framework for all key roles identified.
  • Develop associated career development programs in consultation with Executive management to ensure identified resource have the pre-requisite skills and experience to progress.
  • Advise Executive Management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions.
  • Doing internal audits across all Aegis facilities to meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Working out the financial risks associated with the project and implement strategies to reduce these risks.
  • Determining the resource requirements for the project for each stage or aspect of the project.
