Project Coordinator & Office Administrator
Location: remotely (in the near future, site work may be required)

Are you an organized professional with experience in External Wall Insulation (EWI) and SEAI requirements? We are looking for a Project Coordinator & Office Administrator to join our team and play a key role in managing projects while ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination (EWI & SEAI-Focused):

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking EWI projects in compliance with SEAI requirements.
  • Liaise with SEAI, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, grant applications, and compliance reports.
  • Ensure all projects meet SEAI standards and necessary inspections are scheduled.

Office Administration:

  • Handle daily office operations, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Manage invoices, project-related expenses, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintain records, office supplies, and project files.
  • Support HR functions such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in External Wall Insulation (EWI) projects and knowledge of SEAI requirements ((preferably Retrofit experience)
  • Strong project coordination and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
