Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY WITH MCKINSTRY
We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team as a member of our growing Fire Protection division in Spokane, WA. In this role you will coordinate job startups, administration and closeout processes while supporting our awesome Spokane team. Additionally, some responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and complete project reports and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation and organize network per the Project Manager’s request
- Distribute documents to internal and external parties.
- Assist with / lead invoice substantiation process.
- Track the risk review process and maintain the necessary paperwork throughout a project.
- Assist with labor tracking and forecasting.
- Communicate with Purchasing and outside vendors to order and expedite material.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Manage flow of information to project management systems and stakeholders.
