DAY- TO-DAY OPERATIONS:

• Single point contact between consortium partners, JV Partners, Clients and Project Stakeholders as applicable.
• Represents DDWD in key decisions, Senior Management Meetings and while interfacing with Company and other Project Stakeholders at the Directorate Level.
• Drive day-to-day decision-making processes and expectations for all Engineering, Procurement and Construction issues.
• Accountable for overall Planning, Scheduling and Progress Controls and reporting to ensure alignment of activities with minimum impact on Project Schedule.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Marine Engineering / Naval Architect or equivalent.
• Project Management skills.
• Wide experience as Engineering Manager in Marine Projects (Offshore and New Building Projects).
• Wide experience as Engineering Manager in Marine Projects (Offshore and New Building Projects).
• Broad Engineering knowledge in O&G EPC projects in either FPSO, fixed platforms, HVDC or renewables (as applicable to the project).
• Strong background with resolution of technical issues during planning and execution phases.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple work fronts concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and successfully execute tasks in accordance with business objectives.
• Must have Project management skills.
• Fully trained and knowledgeable with relevant Safety and Occupational Health & Safety standards.
