Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

Our Siegen site is an international competence center for bogies. 800 colleagues develop, manufacture, test, and repair bogies for global rail traffic, ensuring stability and comfort on the tracks. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to Ildiko Zorgel and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

  • Degree in Business administration, Project management or equivalent.
  • Work experience in documentation management, -control, work with databases/data tools, ideally in the railway sector or industrial- / engineering environment.
  • An analytic approach along with a hands-on way to manage solutions and reach QCD commitments.
  • Team player & Team leader with spirit and ability to work across sites/functions in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Structured way of working, process oriented.
  • Good communication- and moderation skills along with professional planning and presentation.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and to participate in permanent education.
  • Fluent in German and English language, French is a nice-to-have
