• Manage capital projects following the CPMP methodology, with a focus on civil constructions: concrete, steel, and finishes.
• Supervise the construction of structures (civil structures, concrete floors, façade and roof finishes, interior finishes, etc.).
• Write specifications, compare bills of quantities, select contracting firms, and closely monitor their daily site activities.
• Create and manage project plans, including objectives, milestones, tasks, and resources.
• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any technical issues
