Responsibilities:
- consult and support the project managers
- maintain project management documents, tools, processes and templates in alignment with our SIX standards
- plan, lead, monitor and control of delivery objects, risks, milestones, lessons learned and KPI’s
- plan, support and coordinate project meetings, workshops, project controlling and financial reporting
- maintain and actively drive the stakeholder management and the communication plan of the projects in alignment with the project manager
