SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Arcania Apothecary Limited. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing various projects that drive our product development initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our company’s vision.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a related industry, preferably in product development or manufacturing. Experience within Beauty / Personal Care preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading teams.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Management and ownership of the client and business. Ensuring responses and actions are dealt with in a timely manner.
• Manage NPD / EPD from Gate 1 to delivery.
• Create and monitor CPA’s
• Manage full development life cycles, including formulation development and testing, sample sign off, packaging assessments etc.
• Request costs and quote clients.
• Manage production and warehouse issues are required relating to projects.
• System set up and management of products within clients portfolios.
• Set QC standards.
• Support clients with Regulatory requests via Regs team.
• Hold regular calls with clients to manage relationship and monitor project development.
• Maintain line lists for clients.
