Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE:

As the Project Manager you are responsible for managing and reporting on the assigned projects for Brennan IT, to control outcome, Customer Satisfaction, schedule and budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Analyse project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
  • Maintaining high attention to detail throughout a project and ensure any aspects within a project not meeting expectations is managed appropriately.

TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS, THIS ROLE REQUIRES THE FOLLOW COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructure and Managed Services OR basic technical understanding of the Microsoft Product Suite (eg Dynamics 365)
  • Minimum 3+ years Project Management experience
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Ability to work in a billable hour target environment
  • Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously across many teams, including Sales, and Support
  • Experience in a consultancy or service delivery environment
  • Project Management certifications (eg PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) are highly regarded
