Corcelles Les Citeaux Project Manager Execution ECA YOUR OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Project Manager Execution – New Equipment, based in Corcelles-lès-Cîteaux (21), within the Engineering & Project Management organization for Europe & Central Asia. Our Burgundy site employs around 400 people and is specialized in project management, sales, after-sales service, with a focus on product grouping and packaging systems, as well as RSC and wrap-around forming and packaging solutions. YOUR MISSION As a Project Manager Execution for New Equipments, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of equipment projects – from order intake to project closure – including on-site activities. Acting as the main point of contact for the customer on all technical and organizational matters, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction. Your mission: Deliver project results across S-Q-C-D. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company governance requirements. Build and lead collaborative project teams, fostering stakeholder engagement and quality-driven execution. Manage complexity, risks, and adapt effectively to challenges. Oversee key functional activities: Customer requirements analysis & contract specifications. Cost control and contract management (equipment, third-party supply, shipping, installation, commissioning). Planning, monitoring, and reporting to all stakeholders. Risk management and mitigation strategies. Ensure resource allocation (skills, tools, people) at the right time. Maintain project information systems updated. YOUR PROFILE Holder of a Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, you have a proven experience in industrial project management, ideally within the Beverage Industry. You are proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and have already worked with ERP systems such as SAP. Fluency in English is required for this position. Confident in public speaking and equipped with strong interpersonal skills, you are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and have a problem-solving mindset. You set high personal goals and strive to challenge your own performance. You are willing to travel up to 50% of the time. Nice-to-haves: You are fluent in a third language; You hold a PMI certification.
